Origin Story
After 5 years of interviewing 100+ women one-on-one about their love lives, Therese had the opportunity to officiate her best friend’s wedding. In preparation for the nuptials she sat down with the bride and groom-to-be and guided them through the roadmap of their relationship: from their first meeting, through the many layers of deepening intimacy, the challenges they’ve faced, and what love meant to them in that moment, at the threshold of marriage. It was a profound conversation and she thought, ‘wouldn’t it be great if everyone had a record of their love story - to cherish, to return to and to share?’
How it works
You will have an initial conversation with Therese to discuss parameters for the interview and to schedule a date and time. Whenever possible we like to conduct these interviews in person, but if that isn’t possible we will make sure you are set up with the best possible audio for a virtual conversation. The interview itself will be 75 minutes.
What you will receive
Building on years of crafting audio narratives, Therese will take the raw interview and skillfully edit the conversation so that the final product is a powerful, distilled 60 minute audio recording. You will receive a flash drive with the interview as an mp3 sound file, as well as a digital recording.
